By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the delivery, return, and refund conditions disclosed before purchase.

Please provide an accurate name, phone number, delivery address, and product selection. If ordering for another person, ensure you have permission to provide their contact information.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. Your order is accepted when we explicitly confirm it after checking availability and relevant payment details.

Our collection includes Smart Wallets, Passport Holder Wallets, Preserved Roses, Plush Doll Flower Bouquets, Imported Perfumes, and other lifestyle and gift items.

Please review the description, size, material, quantity, variant, and included accessories before ordering. Features such as RFID protection, tracking, leather composition, or warranty apply only when expressly stated in the relevant product listing.

Product colours may appear slightly different because of lighting and screen settings. This does not excuse supplying a wrong, defective, or materially different product.

Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. Product prices and stock availability may change before an order is accepted.

The total payable amount, including applicable delivery charges, taxes, or other fees, will be disclosed before confirmation.

If we identify a pricing or listing error, we will contact you before proceeding. You may accept the corrected details or cancel for a refund of any amount paid for the cancelled order. We will not substitute a product or increase an accepted order’s price without your agreement.

We accept bKash, Nagad, card payments, and internet banking.

Use only the payment instructions provided through our official website or verified sales channels. Order processing may depend on successful payment verification, according to the payment arrangement disclosed before purchase.

Never share your PIN, OTP, CVV, or banking password with our staff. Enter sensitive payment credentials only through the relevant provider’s authorised payment interface.

Delivery coverage, charges, and estimated timelines will be communicated before order confirmation.

Please ensure that you or your nominated recipient can be contacted for delivery. If an address correction or missed delivery requires another attempt, any additional charge must be explained and agreed upon before re-delivery.

If delivery is delayed, we will communicate the available information and next steps. Courier delays do not remove our responsibility to address non-delivery or any remedy required by applicable law.

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Requests received before dispatch will be reviewed according to the order’s processing status.

Once dispatched, cancellation may require a return under the applicable Return & Refund Policy.

We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, unverifiable payment, suspected fraud, or an unresolved listing error. If we cancel a prepaid order, the amount paid for the cancelled items and any delivery charge attributable solely to them will be refunded.

If you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or incomplete product, contact us promptly with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos or videos can help us assess the problem; the absence of an unboxing video alone will not automatically invalidate a legitimate complaint.

Keep the product and packaging where reasonably possible, and contact us for return instructions before sending anything back.

Eligibility, request periods, return costs, and refund processing times must be stated in the Return & Refund Policy available before purchase. Change-of-mind returns for opened perfumes, used items, or personalised products may be restricted only where disclosed and permitted by law. Such restrictions do not remove remedies for defective or misdescribed goods.

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method, or another method agreed with you. Provider processing times may affect when funds appear in your account.

Follow the care instructions provided with your product. Perfume performance, preserved-flower appearance, and product lifespan may vary with use, storage, and environmental conditions.

Any warranty or specific performance promise applies only as described in the product listing or supplied warranty terms. This does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their stated validity period, stock availability, and eligibility conditions. Any restrictions on combining offers will be disclosed with the promotion.

Changes to a promotion will not retrospectively alter an already accepted order.

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, including necessary sharing with payment and delivery partners.

You must not use our website for fraudulent transactions, unauthorised access, malicious uploads, or other unlawful activity. Website content belonging to UniQue Dokan or its licensors may not be copied or commercially reused without permission or another lawful basis.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Please contact us first so we can help resolve an issue. This does not prevent you from approaching a competent authority or seeking a legal remedy.

Updated terms will be published with a revised effective date and apply to future orders. An accepted order remains subject to the terms agreed when it was placed, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
