Return & Refund Policy

Check the product, quantity and visible condition against your order while the delivery person is present. If you notice a problem or wish to return the item, contact us immediately by phone or WhatsApp at 01932515657, 01521117375, 01771858483.

Please record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the start of opening the parcel to help us verify any issues. If the courier does not permit inspection, contact us immediately.

If you do not like the product, you may return it to the delivery person before they leave by paying the delivery charge. The item must remain unused and undamaged, with its original packaging, tags and all included accessories.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted after the delivery person leaves. Any delivery charge already paid will not be charged again for the same delivery.

Perfume may be returned for a change of mind only while the delivery person is present, with the outer wrapping and seal completely intact. The customer must pay the delivery charge.

Perfume with opened wrapping, a broken seal or signs of use cannot be returned because of personal preference. Complaints about incorrect or defective perfume are handled under the section below.

We check products in two stages before handing them to the courier. If you nevertheless receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, notify us while the delivery person is present. Provide your order number, a description of the issue and an uncut unboxing video.

Where our error or a product defect is confirmed, we will cover the relevant return and any necessary replacement delivery charges. No delivery or processing fee will be deducted from a refund for such an issue.

If a defect could not reasonably be identified during delivery, contact us promptly with available evidence. The absence of a video or the courier’s departure does not, by itself, remove remedies available under applicable law.

To return a prepaid order at delivery, contact us and hand the product back to the delivery person.

For change-of-mind returns, we will refund the amount paid after deducting the applicable delivery charge and any processing fee disclosed before purchase. No undisclosed processing fee will be deducted.

We will process the refund to the original payment method within 2 working days after the return is confirmed with us and the item is handed back to the courier. If your bank or payment provider takes additional time to display the credit, we will provide the refund transaction details.

Cash on Delivery is available. Depending on the customer’s profile and the product, advance payment of the delivery charge may be required. Applicable charges and advance payment requirements will be communicated before order confirmation.

Nothing in this policy limits your consumer rights or your right to make a complaint under applicable law.
